Mr. Sandeep Parwal started his career as a practicing-chartered accountant and later set up SPA Group in 1995. His futuristic vision with a strong hold on regulatory framework has been a cornerstone in the explosive growth of the group. He has led the team to the present status of SPA being amongst leaders in the country in various financial services categories and still climbing the charts.
He enjoys a distinct position in the industry as an advisor to both corporate and personal entities of large corporate houses. His unique blend of financial knowledge with technology update has kept the group abreast with international trends and in providing customized solutions to its customers with focus on their best interests. He heads all business division of the group across India.

Ms. Neena Agarwal has over 22 years of experience in Taxation, Finance, Accounts and Corporate Laws and is a Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets. She is an Associate Member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (ACMA) and Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS). She has done her PG Diploma in Accounting Standard and US GAAP from ICFAI, Hyderabad, Masters in Accountancy and Business Administration from University of Rajasthan and graduated from Maharani College, Jaipur.

Mr Anish Kumar has over 9 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Gap Analysis, ERP SAP, Corporate Valuation, Quantitative Analysis and Derivatives. He completed his MBA-Corporate Finance & Management Consultancy from Cardiff University, UK and PGDM from National Institute of Financial Management, Govt. Of India.

Ms. Khushboo Tanwar has over 11 years of experience in the field of Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Valuations, Corporate Laws & Taxation. Having done more than 5000 valuations in various sectors including Healthcare, FMCG, Fintech, IT Solutions, Energy, Power, Highways, E-commerce, Auto etc. her area of expertise lies in Valuation, Corporate Law, Taxation, Transaction Advisory. She completed her MBA- Corporate Finance from MDU University, Rohtak and LLB from Law College, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a CFA Program graduate with close to a decade of diverse experience spanning regulatory compliance, statutory audits, taxation, and advisory services. His expertise further extends to fixed income valuations, index development, and data analytics, where he has successfully delivered strategic and data-driven solutions. Prior to joining SPA Group, he was associated with NSE Data & Analytics Limited, where he played a key role in driving several critical initiatives, strengthening his deep understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
